Terms of Service

The agreement that covers your use of Conjugo.

Last updated May 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Conjugo (the “App”), a Spanish verb conjugation application for iPhone and iPad published by Aaron Hampton (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App

Conjugo provides Spanish verb conjugation tables, on-device example sentences, and conjugation practice. The App runs entirely on your device and does not require an account or an internet connection.

Purchase and price

Conjugo is sold through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase of $7.99 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency). There is no subscription and no in-app purchase. After you buy the App once, you may install and use it on the devices associated with your Apple Account at no further cost, in accordance with the App Store’s terms.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its standard policy, not by us. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your own learning and study. You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App or its content except as permitted by the App Store’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the App.

Acceptable use

The App is a study and reference tool. Conjugation data and machine-generated example sentences are provided for learning purposes and may occasionally contain errors. Do not rely on the App as the sole source of truth for professional translation, legal, medical, or other high-stakes use.

Content accuracy

We work to keep the conjugation data accurate and the example sentences natural, but the App is provided for educational use and we do not guarantee that every form or sentence is free of error. If you spot a mistake, we’d genuinely like to hear about it — email us.

Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defect will be corrected.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Because the App collects no data and stores everything locally, your information is not at risk on our servers — we operate none.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its “last updated” date. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the publisher resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
